Mobile phone is not being repaired

I had given my Xiaomi Mi4i phone for repairing on 28th May 2016 at Shivaji nagar Pune service center (authorised service center of Xiaomi), which was still under warrnaty. I was given estimated delivery time between 15-25 days( around 20th June 2016). I tried to know the status of my phone on 20th June by calling on service center number, nobody responded over the phone. Then i contacted Xiaomi customer service and informed about the issue, i was told by customer service that it will resolved at the earliest. However, after that i had never got any information from xiaomi. I went to Shivaji nagar service center on 25 June 2016 to pick up the phone, i was told it was still not repaired as the part was not available, i had also asked why nobody responded over the phone, i got to know the phone was not working due to some problem.
I was told that the phone should be fixed in a week time and i shall be gwetting a call when fixed.
I was not happy about the delays and sent a mail to Xiaomi service center and asked them about the indefinate delays, warranty extension in leiu of delays and if there is anything they are going to do to compensete for such delays. I have got a reply that issue will be resolved at the earliest. No specific details of the resoultion was given.
Its been more than 40days and my phone is still not repaired, when try to contact the service center number (020 2553 4001) nobody responds.
As I stay quite far from service centre i can't even go to the service centre physically again and again just to know the status of the phone.
kindly help me resolve my issue.
