Dear Sir,
My coolpad notepad 3 purchased in Jan, is in service centre
at Krishna Mobile , Date of submission is 27-06-2016.

Till today no resolution is given, as per jobsheet it was to
be delivered on 7th July.

After connecting they are replying that company has not
dispatched Mother Board

Kindly look into the matter, as i dont have any mobile , I
am using my friends mobile.

I have contacted coolpad customer care through e mail, they have not replied.
All I get is answer from customer care is that wait for 10 more days.
Kindly replace or repair my mobile.
