Dear Sir / Madam,

I purchased my SONY XEPERIA AQUA M4 DUAL mobile on 05/10/2015 from SS COMMUNICATIONS & SERVICES Sangli District Maharastra.

I faced some problem on 21/03/16,so i sended for repairy purpose to SHREE SAI GANESH ELECTRONICS,729/B,INFRONT OF JANATA LIGHT HOUSE,GANPATHI PETH,SANGLI-416416,MAHARASTRA through above mentioned dealer for morethan 15days.

Now recently same problem repeated for me so i have sended again to their end.Almost its under warranty hence they were supporting for me.

As a standard company, If the same problem repeated in future after OUT OF WARRANTY means they will charge very HIGH.

So in this connection i am raising my complaints through this id to your end.

Right now my requirement is NEW MOBILE,because they not given any proper solution for above problem yet.
