False promises by Amazon

I booked a smartphone on amazon on 9th of feb by cash on delivery which showed a offer for "Lenovo k4 note" phone with "ANT VR GLASSES" in just Rs.12499, but as i checked out the bill went up and showed Rs.13297. when i talked to them they said it was a mistake and they will provide a gift card of remaining balance,i somehow agreed. But today they just cancelled the order specifying that the merchant was unable to obtain it.
