Complaint for proper bill not received from EBay

Dear Sir,
I have purchase 2 nos of Redmi note 3 from EBay.in site. The details of the sellers are :-

1) Seller: deals_for_you9

Product :- Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 16GB#5.5 inch#2 GB Ram#16MP/ 5MP#4G LTE+LTE#Sealed ( 262438132466 )

2) Seller: royal_info.ahoreahore

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 GOLD/SILVER 16GB |2 GB Ram|5.5 inch| 16MP/ 5MP|4G Dual LTE ( 322058320413 )

I faced delayed service from royal_info.ahoreahore so I rated them not good in my Feedback.

Now after that I had to visit the authorized service center due to availing some service for both mobiles.The authorized service center people asked for the bill .But they found that some informatios in the bill is not clear so they asked me from where I have purchased it ? After I told that I had purchased it from EBay ,they advised me to write the seller to provide me complete bill where the detail information's are completely written.After that I had conversation with Deals_for_you9and provided them all the required informations required and they promised me to sent the bill soon.

But Royal_info started to blackmail me and they asked me to remove my negative feedback first , then they will think helping me.

After knocking both the sellers there was no proper solution received for a long time ,so I talked to EBay customer care & also marked them mail requesting proper solution.The references are :-

Complaint id -SR# 1-82270829863. And SR# 1-83726133309 .

But ironically, till date I have not received any call from eBay helpline also.I am frustrated with the service and feel helpless.But now really I am anxious where to knock for the service that should be provided by you unconditionally .

One week ago I had talked with EBay sevice centre for 29 minutes in 02261248111 at morning 10 am who lodged a complaint and provided me complaint no SR# 1-83726133309 .But till date I have not received any solution & could not get the service center services for my mobile.

At last I think of knocking your door ,if you can help me out.But if these type of service EBay provides ,then how come buyers like us will feel secure & comfort dealing with EBay ?

If Ebay could not provide me the bills then I want my money back
