No response from Motorola Warranty service center in Salt Lake, Kolkata

I had purchased Moto E (2nd Gen) on 27-06-2015, [IMEI/Serial No: 353323064780421, Order ID: OD003201157694200400, Invoice Date: 27-06-2015]. I have been denied warranty as the warranty period end date falls on Sunday, and the svc centre was closed on Sunday.

My Moto E (2nd Gen) phone was dead (power dead) on 25-06-2016. On 26-06-2016 all Motorola svc centers were closed as it was a Sunday. On Monday 27-06-2016 I again visited Motorola svc centers in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The phone was within warranty on the date it became non-functional. The next day the phone was also within warranty, but Moto shop was closed. The next day Moto Svc center accepted it and they asked me to get a clearance from Moto toll free no svc desk. I made them talk on a conf call and toll free no respondent asked Moto svc centre to write an e-mail to Regional Manager of Motorola and since then either the ‘crm’ is not working or the mail is not getting transmitted and reasons of innovative nature were cited.

In my last call to moto toll free no the respondent mentioned that she will escalate the issue. However no response is received. Now, Motorola has stopped responding to my mails.
I am corresponding and speaking with Motorola for nearly a month ind in the last 3 weeks Motorola could not confirm that my warranty will be valid or not. Every time a new mail with a new respondent with a new requirement comes up. I have also had motorola helpline speak with salt lake svc centre representatives on conf call at my expense, but nothing seems moving.
