Sir, I have booked for a Battery of Microsoft 535 handset on 16th may 2016 from NOKIA Care, 68, Rabindra sarani, Ranaghat, Nadia.It is the authorised Service Centre of Microsoft or NOKIA . they told me that the item has been booked & after a week you will receive your item. but, after a weak they are unable to give me the product. On 29-06-16 they told me that you can take your money (Rs. 200 as advance) the company i.e. Microsoft is unable to give the battery to me. Sir, I have purchased the phone 1 year ago (@ Rs. 9000/-). But sir, How can the company is so aloof in this regard?

How They sold the phone & hands up right now? Without a battery it is nothing but a toy.

Sir, I am ready to pay the charges of battery but how can they told that we are unable? I am facing a very much problem without a smartphone.

If they can sold the phone without its accessories then I think that the company should pay the total price of the phone to his customers.
