Non Replacement of Yureka Plus Handset under Warranty Period

I have Submitted my Yureka Plus Handset at M/s Purple (an authorised Micromax Service Centre) on 19/03/2016 as it was not in a working condition, and was under warranty period.

I was promised to get a replaced handset within a maximum of 12 Days from the Date of submitting of the Handset (i.e. 19/03/2016). But unfortunately i have yet not received any such handset. On contacting the Service Centre personnel, they are asking us to contact at 1860-212-2122 (YU Customer Support).

NOTE-
1) From my previous experience i have found that they have taken almost 3 months in replacing the Handset.
2) Please check http://forums.yuplaygod.com/ and you will find that there are Thousands of other consumers who are facing the same difficulty.
