Faulty Smart Phone supply by ACER

Hi,

I have purchased one Acer Z630S from Flipkart in the month of Dec’15, This was running since then. Suddenly on 19.03.16 night, My H/S started vibrating with heavy mechanical noise. I restarted the H/S several times but still that problem persist. ultimately I rushed to Acer's service centre on 21.03.16 for repairment. My H/S deposited at HCL, authorized Service centre of Acer with Complain ID# 1718983I. I requested the service engineer to replace this H/S, but he replied he can only replace the faulty part from H/S.

Now, Today is 02.04.16, still I don't get any H/S either in repaired or fresh mode. I have contacted Service centre many times(033-44026290) but they could not give any positive feed back also sent several mails to Acer's support team but still not get any solution.

In this regards, I need your support so that my issue get resolve at earliest.
