My new moto 3rd Gen phone started hang adter some days

I bought the Moto 3rd gen phone from flipkart on 27 .2 .2016 and the phone started hang the power button stopped working and the phone stopped for a few minutes and after some efforts it started work on 5th march all though I did not use the phone roughly still my 1.2 GB ram is unused and 10.11 mb phone memory is empty so why did it happen to my new phone
