Since September 2015 My Airtel router/booster connection is not working. I did not receive any service from the company even after calling for multiple times. They did not send me a single bill in hard/soft copy even after request to correct my email id(initially they had a wrong email id). Neither they provided me any service since September. Since October I am requesting the connection to be disconnected and finally they disconnected in the month of December but they still send me amount pending SMS and harass me with warning of legal action. Why should I pay If I have not used their service for last 5 months.
