Dear Sir, I am an owner of a product from your company that is Sony Xperia Z2 It's IMEI No. Is 35249406076733 . I bought this phone in 28th of June 2015. While taking pictures from my phone it some how get contact with some drops of water and from that time its not starting. I visited my nearest Service Center to make it repair and they said that they will have to send my phone to Kolkata for further discussion regarding the repairing. I haven't used my product at least for a month and it got dead with some drops of water whereas in the box it is written that it is Waterproof 1.85 meter up to 30 minutes. Its ridiculous that my phone got dead with few drops of water. And the customer care at service center is saying that if it is found that it was my fault I would be charge ₹30000. Such a nonsense reply regarding the product.Why Someone else will make there phone dead. I want my phone replaced urgently because I am also having a lot of work from my office. Please help me regarding the product.
