Xiaomi India- no service and return of phone since 5 months

I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 1s from Flipkart which stopped working after few months within warranty period of 1 year. I reported the same to customer care and they offered a pick and drop service by charging 100+ taxes. The phone was picked on 27th July from my residence in Howrah west Bengal.


Post that I have called the service centre Infotel services and Xiaomi customer care several times however no response has been received.

There is no response and the phone has not been returned yet. I would like to get my refund and additional expense incurred to buy a new phone.
