Phone replacement cheating

My phone is micromex sliver Q450. With one year fully replacement guaranty. When I'm having a little problem in my phone so I compliant to micromex customer care they registered my compliant and said you will get brand seal packed ph. But they give me old repaired phone. The phone Not properly working also. Now complaint many times but not getting any satisfactory reply. Everytime they hold d call and said please hold we r checking your complaint. And they d call. No response.
