Idea Cellular cancelled 3G data pack and included wrong plan

On 22 July 2016, I had recharged with amount Rs. 344/- for 3GB 3G data for 28 days via PayTm (PayTm Order No. 1907322919).

On 7 August 2016, I recharged with amount Rs. 35 for a full talktime via PayTm (PayTm Order No. 1945826146). This offer was being provided by PayTm.

Instead of adding the purchased talktime, Idea cellular provided me 100MB 2G GPRS data night pack. Apart from that, my ongoing 3GB 3G data pack was also cancelled (I have around 2GB of remaining data unutilised).

I talked to Idea Customer Care, but they are telling me nothing can be done regarding this.
