Hello,

I have purchased Samsung S7 edge Gold on 27th June 2016, within 2 months display problem has started, few lines has started coming, so i went to samsung service centre as it was withing warranty period. They changed the display & returned back to me. Again after 1 month problem arrised. My phone was getting overheated, hanging problem and draining battery quickly. Again i have submitted my smartphone to service centre on 20th Oct 2016, from that period i am chasing for my cell phone but they are saying on few parts are not their in market which has to be replaced. From that time i am keeping on chasing no response from service centre that whether they are going to me give new smartphone or cash back. Worst sevice by Samsung. The main reason i am writting over hear is that due to overheating of phone i have got problem in my ears, which was has incurred with more expenses then smartphone.Still i am suffering with ear problems. Really terrible service, and i will advise as many people i can help out please do not purchase samsung mobiles as it is worst but also will affect your health & wealth. I will sue the company for claim for smartphone amount and also for hearing problem.
