Complain to LG G4 mobile from eBay.in Seller not giving the mobile replacement

I had purchased a LG G4 mobile from eBay.in and that mobile has stopped working after 5 months. It has a sellers warranty of 6 months and I have returned the mobile to the seller as per the instructions from seller and ebay. The seller has received the mobile 15 days back and not not giving the replacement neither talking properly. Need help.
