This is to share with you regarding the harrowing experience I had on 5th Nov at Motorola service center located at Ground Floor in Sahara Mall, M.G. Road, Gurgaon

My father has bee using Moto G-3 purchased through Flipkart on 8th Nov, 2015.

Around 15 days ago, the phone started heating suddenly and its battery started draining to zero in quick time.

My father took the phone to Sahara Mall service center on 25th Oct, 2016 and they just formatted the phone and handed it back to him stating everything is fine.

On 3rd Nov my father was out of town and again the phone developed similar issue and was powered off. My father had to get it checked with a local vendor who updated the software since there was no other means for my father to communicate back with family.

Coming back to the pathetic experience I had yesterday at Motorola's service center. After making me wait for 1.5 hours the service engineer told me that it is out of warranty and handed that over the back to me.

They even removed the software that was updated in the device. Such is the plight of looters like Motorola.

When I requested them to give me the jobsheet of 15 days ago, they simply denied stating they do not have any records.

For 5th Nov's jobsheet as well, I clicked the photo that too forcibly.

Their only intention is to delay things so that phone gets out of warranty and customer has to pay for the repair charges.

Request you to look into this matter and take strict action against such service centers and such companies
