I am surender and I have purchased a LYF flame 7 from homeshop 18. In the starting they said they can refund or replace my purchased smartphone,but now when I'm having so much problem in smartphone even then they are not giving refund and said finaly that it can't be refund or replace.what is that please help me as now i don't want this phone now
