I purchased Samsung Galaxy S6 handset last year on September 12, 2016. Lately, I discovered that display screen has started peeling off and has some fluid running inside which is hampering the display. I visited Samsung Service Centre located in AVA Court complex in Gurgaon on September 10, 2016 where the representative advised me to visit next day (Sunday) as they don't have engineers available. I visited next day and found that the centre was closed. I approached Samsung company on the given escalation emails ids on their website on the same day. I was approached by some in-experienced representatives despite having written to their CEO's desk who took 2-3 days in their internal investigation and post which the solution offered was that I should visit the service centre again. I visited same centre again on September 13, 2016 and the handset was returned to me after taken a few photographs of the affected part. I was told that the handset is out of warranty now, which I didn't accept because I first visited the centre on September 10, 2016 when the handset was still under warranty. This was a tactic adopted by Samsung to avoid covering this under warranty. Today, September 15, 2016 I received a call from their representative to mention that the handset is damaged and cannot be covered under warranty. There was no technical check of the handset and basis some photographs they have declared this as a physical damage while any technical person can confirm that it is a mechanical fault. Samsung has harassed me by making me visit their centre multiple times and has also not provided any acceptable solution. They are simply shirking away from the warranty.
