Mi 4 not repaired in Gurgaon mi service center, bought mi 4 from Amazon

I bought mi 4 from Amazon on 17 Feb 2016.after 2 months it's touch stops working.I submitted it on 6th June on Gurgaon mi service center.on 15 they returned me unrepaired set with low battery so that I couldn't check the handset.after reaching home I checked and again I submitted on 16 June again.they told motherboard would be change.till date I didn't receive my handset..they said they don't have part available.. I write to their authorities on mail.they give assurance ur prblm wl be resolved shortly.by after that no reply. I mail them so many times....
