Warranty issue with complain Sony Xperia Z3

I have bought Sony Xperia Z3 compact which is malfunctioning and in warranty but Sony is refusing to cover the malfunction under warranty.
Below is the description of the events happened :-
Issue
1. My device started to malfunction and i went to Authorized service centre on 20-Apr-2016 as the device is still in warranty.
2. Service centre personnel told me that they found moisture inside of my phone; therefore, in order to fix the issue, I have to pay Rs.15000 approximately.
3. As per my knowledge this device should be fixed under warranty, free of cost.

Points to be noticed
1. First of all, As per Sony, the device Sony Xperia Z3 compact is a waterproof device and is IP65/68 rated mobile device.
2. Also, I have used my mobile phone carefully and have not done anything which voids the warranty conditions.
3. Additionally, they charged me Rs.114.50 for the service.
In a nutshell, I have paid Rs.24840 for this mobile phone and it started to give problems within warranty period.
Furthermore, Sony is refusing to fix my mobile phone under warranty. Also, Id stated all these points to the people of service center but they are still refusing and giving excuses by saying that i have not used my phone carefully. I am tired of arguing with them and don’t have lot of time, as I am working in a private IT organization.
