my friend had bought a mobile of micromax company billed date on 23/11/2015 for me.and its in warrenty as mentioned on bill too,and i got a problem of voice in mobile and give my handset to micromax service centre for repair under jobsheet no. N050113041622995115 on dated 20/4/2016.the give me one week time for repair.and after that they extended it to 21 more days for same.i waited for that time and go for service center on 18/5/16.the problem is still same.and now they give me new job sheet with no. N050113051623436094 and tell me to again wait for 21 days.its very harassing for me,as i had very much loss due to unavailability of my phone.my work is so much dependent on mobile phone.even during there service period when i called them they not talked well or didnt recieved my phone.i had called micromax regional customer care.they also didnt give any positive reply.please help me to get out from this problem asap.
