I have bought karbonn a11* online by flipkart on dated 30-09-2014 after 15 days mobile got auto restart problem, after complaint it's replaced from other same model mobile. Three months after its touch problem I have complaint to flipkart customer care they advice to visit karbonn service center, I visit all service center in faridabad every service center executive told me I don't repair any online product you have to go main service center Delhi. Please Suggest.........
