Amazon India No after sales support for mobile under warranty

Mobile of One Plus 3 make purchased online in September'2016 through Amazon India has gone faulty on 24th Oct'2016.
After taking it to service center, they said Main Board has gone faulty and Main Board is not available with them. Since then, there is no timeline provided for main board and still this faulty phone is in service center. Its still under warranty and no timeline provided for its repair. They are not providing DOA letter on the basis which I can claim replacement from Amazon India.
