Technical issues not resolved from the past 6 months.

Sir/Ma'am,
I had purchased an HP laptop on 20th December, 2019. A month later the laptop started to malfunction. Battery drained within 2 hours of normal usage despite using all power saving options the display flickered couple of times and the brightness dipped low by two units whenever I switched from a black page to white.
Technicians who visited and checked my laptop told me that it could be battery issue but HP technical team denied to accept the suggestion and told them to perform various diagnosis which ended up not helping.
HP executives initially claimed that it was graphics issue but when Intel team checked my laptop they said it was hardware issue. Even Microsoft diagnosed my laptop remotely from the US. Even they concluded that the issue was from HP's end. Windows operating system was also installed more than 5 times on the same laptop but the issue still cropped up again.
It's been 6 months and the issue is still there. On the 27th of July, HP replaced the display but the issue is still there.
They have been dragging this issue since a while now despite requesting multiple times and generating multiple case numbers through their HP whatsapp number but somehow they snubbed it.
I have lost work opportunities because the laptop suddenly malfunctions, and I haven't even used the laptop in a full fledged manner.
I am also mentioning the consumer complaint number for your information which is 2088516.
I sincerely request the authorities to take stern actions against this company and provide me for the losses that I have incurred.
