Took money and did not repair the laptop, Plot No 9 , Sai Baba Complex

I had contacted a dell repair centre who said they will send their person and the person will repair it at home only and also confirmed the charges amounting to Rs. 1200.
The peraon came but in between left and ai had already transferred him the amount.
When I called him back as the laptop did not function properly , he brought a new problem and demanded 5000 more.

So I asked for refund as initially he had confirmed that laptop would function and also took the charge.
I tried to reach them since last 2 days but they just kept deferring it everytime.
Finally onnthird day he just blurted and screamed on phone and said no refund will be given , we dont know about anything .
