Called ACER laptop service center on 16/9/2017(sysnet global technology, Mumbai) n their field engineer Rajesh comes on 19/9/2017 n checked Laptop. told ur display LED is burn. Its physical damage due to power cut-off n not counted under warranty n chargable. Definitely they provide me faulty LAPTOP.I continuesly taking following in Acer service as well as on Amazon but no sufficient reply. I m tired from last week. Do some strick action.please sir
