LENOVO Not Repairing Defective LCD Display of My Laptop in WARRANTY (INCLUDING ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WARRANTY) by Siddharth Tripathi:

I am writing to you, with a hope that you will look into the matter which I am facing with my Lenovo laptop since last 1, 2 month.
PROBLEM - More than 6 white spots are on my screen, and LEFT-DOWN corner is blackish.
I wrote to your Service Team @ consumerts@lenovo.com on 7 July 2017.
Firstly they asked me for BIOS and Normal Mode Snapshot.
After providing them BIOS Snapshot and normal mode snapshot, they replied " Only 2 spots are visible and we can't proceed your request"
After which I again mailed them with a clearer snapshot/pic clicked by DSLR in which more than 6 - 7 snapshots are clear.
Now they are saying that it is not covered in WARRANTY.
My only question is that, then what is the meaning of warranty?? I was given ACCIDENTAL WARRANTY with my laptop but of no Use.

Under CID -
Lenovo Standard Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
(i) Uninterrupted or error-free operation of a product;
(ii) Loss of data;
(iii) Any software programs and applications that may come pre-installed with the product;
(iv) Failure or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, natural disasters, power surges, improper maintenance, or use not in accordance with product information guide;
(v) Damage caused by a non-authorized service provider or self-repair;
(vi) Failure of, or damage caused by, any third party products, including those that Lenovo may provide or integrate into the Lenovo product at your request;
(vii) Any technical or other support, such as assistance with “how-to” questions and those related to product set-up and installation;
(viii) Products or parts with an altered identification label or from which the identification label has been removed.
(ix) Any pre-existing defects in your product that occurred on or before the date of your purchase.
Under ADP -
In some regions, Lenovo sells an optional service offering that covers accidental damage to machines which is not covered under the Standard Limited Warranty.
Examples of accidental damage include: liquid spilled on or in unit, drops, falls and other similar impact, electrical surge, damaged or broken LCD, accidental breakage (multiple pieces).
My only point is that, I don't know that issue is because of some accident or Manufacturing defect which is increasing day by day. You please consider it and do the required.
