Problems from the time of purchase

I had purchased an HP Notebook in October 2015. From the month of January i am facing problems. In the month of may motherboard stopped working. After a month of complaints and 2 replaced motherboard (which were also defective) i was provided with a new motherboard. Soon after a week there was an error with formatting where the cd's which i received from the company were not working. Again now when i submitted the laptop to the service center i got to know that again there is problem with the motherboard. Since last 2 months i am unable to do my important work and company is also not giving me one time solution and providing me with the defective parts. Please help
