Hi sir, My name is shashikanta , I have purchased a spectre laptop from hp store after one month of purchase laptop getting heavy over heating i can't touch my laptop i have complained many times engineer came and observed the issue taken temperature but they can't find the solution why laptop getting heavy over heating, I want replacement the unit at any how.
