Dear Sir/Mam,
I purchased a new laptop (ASUS Vivobook S 15 2022, Intel Core EVO i5-12500H 12th Gen, 15.6-inch (39.62 cms) FHD, Thin & Light Laptop (8GB/512GB SSD/Win11/Office 2021/Backlit/FingerPrint/70WHr/Black/1.80 kg), K3502ZA-KJ522WS) on 2 Oct 23 in exchange for an old laptop (Macbook Air mid 2012 i5). When I switched on the new laptop it was not up to the mark as given at the time of purchase (4.5 GHz. processor but got 2.5 GHz. processor laptop). I made a complaint related to that to Amazon, they had started the return process but nobody received that product, and they canceled the return. Again I did complain about returning the product then they changed the status on the returning box the return was refused by the customer but no one came to receive that product until now. Now I again complained to them and asked for a refund they keep extending the days but it is my loss of work because I do the night shift and with a laptop how could I do. Please help me regarding that and initiate my refund from Amazon as soon as possible.
