Regarding Laptop

Laptop Complaint Complaint Date: July 26, 2020
I purchased a Dell laptop on 31-oct-2019 for Rs-37000 (SERVICE TAG- 9QLWHT2). On the next day of purchasing I raised a complaint in Dell technical Support regarding some system issue, for that they asked me to Extend RAM of the laptop. I gone through that process and still my problem was not solved. Again I complaint for the same issue and replacement of some of my parts, which was also done. But my problem was still not solved, in between all this Dell company asked me to do windows Reinstallation I was also gone through this process as well but still I didn't found any improvement in my system. Now its 26-july-2020 and I'm still facing the issues in my laptop for which I have already raised complains in the Dell technical department. Now they are asking for windows Reinstallation process again for which I have already through for the 4 times since the day I have purchased my Laptop and now the Dell company isn't providing me any solution, and when I asked to replace my system they did not respond on that too.
Kindly help me out of this and provide some support regarding this
