I have purchased a Acer laptop from flipkart in June 2019, within 02 month of purchase keypad of the laptop stopped working,however it got repaired from service center. Again with in 03 month of repair same problem again resurfaced. As laptop is in warranty period but problem is seems to be manufacturing defect, if problem persists even after warranty is expired, then it will cost me with additional expenses and it will be extremely tiresome for me.So I requested the company Acer to replace the laptop but they are not ready for this. It has been more than 15 days since I have registered the complaint. Now Acer's HO banglore stopped replying over mail. So I request Honourable court to do justice with me and help me to get my laptop replaced with same model new laptop or get my money return back.
