Company not solving my problem, it has been not even two months since bought it.

battery problem, when the battery is at 25% then within as second it drops to 6%. It has been creating a lot of problem to me.

system serial number PF0EDCYP.
system model is IP 300-15ISK.


I brought it after saving 3 years for it. It has developed problems in two months. please help.
