I have purchased this laptop from "Amazon.in" on 30-Apr-2017.Since day one of receiving this laptop I am facing alot of hanging issues and have contacted "HP" SEVERAL TIMES but I am having no solution to my problem.

I only need the refund or replacement of this product.
