Original parts been replaced by faulty parts, Lappy Soft

Well I am giving one star to Lappy Soft because there is no option for giving zero stars. Recently I had visited to Lappy Soft store at Indirapuram to get his Dell Laptop repaired. Firstly they could not really understand what the problem was with the laptop and told me that the display cable was faulty, later on they told me that the whole mother board was faulty.
I agreed to replace the mother board. Finally after keeping the laptop for 4 weeks they manage to arrange a new mother board but the new mother board was no help and the laptop was still not working. After being frustrated by the poor service regarding the communication and delayed timing, and inconvenience I decided to finish the process and request them to bring back our original Mother board. They have replaced an I3 Mother board instead of our original I5 mother board and later on, I found out that there were some other parts were missing from the I3 mother board itself like a chip near the cmos battery.
I would strongly advice people not to trust Lappy Soft store. They have there repairing shop in Nehru Place and they send all the laptops there to get it repaired and replace your original genuine part to an old, faulty, refurbished parts. Trust me you will never be able to get your original parts back.
Rajesh Yadav the store owner is a fraud and will keep you waiting until they find shitty parts for your laptop and replace it with your original parts. DO NOT LEAVE your laptop at there shop for repair.

My Original i5 motherboard which comes with my laptop, they change it with i3 motherboard and make fool out of me. I got to know about this when I call the engineer directly from the Dell company and they told me that this is not the motherboard which comes with the laptop. so people please be careful with such fraud people who can change your parts when you leave your laptop there in their shop.
