Complaint againt HP for faulty laptop not replacing

Laptop Complaint Complaint Date: February 14, 2020
Bought a laptop last year in april from amazon on emi after 3 months it started hanging up and screen turning black, sometimes glitches speed is very slow takes 5 to 10 mins to to shut down or start. Called customer care thrice they suggest troubleshooting steps which never worked and is not replacing or fixing this faulty laptop. Please help
