Complaint about Sony No proof that product is Genuine more than 25 Days no reply on that

Abstract: Brand new Sony product purchase. Product delivered without any proper pack, without any proper documentation, without any Warranty certificate. On complaint: No reply from Sony care. No reply from service center. Not providing proof of MRP. Not providing proof of Genuinity of product. Not releasing the details of product transaction even customer has right to get that one.


Details:

Phase 1: On Product Purchase

Subjected product: Sony AC Adaptor 19.5v(Image for more information)

Purchase Type: Brand new purchase from AUTHORISED SONY service Center

On purchase product do not have following thing.

1. No warranty letter card/Certificate: I was given 90 days period VERBAL WARRANTY, but no documentation provided regarding that and no where it is mentioned. I believe, any genuine product from any genuine company provides warranty Card/Certificate.

2. No Product documents: Any ‘genuine’ product from genuine company comes with the documentation which at least states that this product is from Sony(in this case). Again, it has not been provided to customer.

3. No Product pack: Product was delivered to the customer in Brown Carton Bag with local sticker(Image-Attached) without any seal, without any genuine comply logo or Company pack. I believe Sony provide its all product in Sony pack.

4. Product price: No genuine source of MRP was provided to customer with the product. Even Customer asked at least to show the product price from any Sony source, Metal Tech failed to show. The product was without any price tag.
In last when customer forced them they generated on the spot home generated Tax-invoice, hence this ultimately proves that, this whole time that product was moving without any product MRP which is totally illegal. Hence, how can customer be sure that it is the Actual Sony price and not on the spot home generated price by the service center employee.
Moreover, Even customer asked on the first day about the price- The answer was it is company price.

5. In-voice Tax:
If Tax-Invoice generated in-house, it should have all the product details, i.e. Product Name, S/N etc, So customer can be sure that, that in-voice is belongs to that particular product only. I do not need to explain as you can see attached In-voice. It just says Adaptor, not even Sony Adaptor.



Phase 2: After Product Purchase

1. No reply from Sony Customer care about above complain: Wrote a mail mentioning all above details to Sony care(case number:34574578), but it has been 22 days no reply. Made a call 5-7 times every time reply was wait for 2-3 days.

2. No reply from Metal Tech Also: In between one day Customer care representative asked me to provide the Job Sheet number, Even I mailed and called them to provide the Job sheet number(Case Number:34825792) so Customer care can do their Job. No reply(See mail attachment).


Conclusion: Product delivered without any proper pack, without any proper documentation, without any Warranty certificate. On complaint: No reply from Sony care. No reply from service center. Not providing proof of MRP. Not providing proof of Genuinity of product. Not releasing the details of product transaction even customer has right to get that one.
Harassment to customer due to above all things.
