Part Damaged Under Warranty-HP refused to Repair

I have bought HP laptop before 6 months and after 6 months of using facing problems related with charging point.

First I have registered online complaint, that time customer support person told that your problem will be solved in 2 days. But after 3 days they told me that you have visit HP service centre Personally to repair instead they described onsite warranty repair while buying laptop.

When I visited service centre, concern person told me that we will order your part in 2 days and whole process require 4 days to repair.
Now today service centre person called me and told that your repair cant be done in warranty, because they told this is internal damage .And it cant be covered under warranty

I want replacement as the product under warranty. Also I have registered for Accidental Warrenty Protection.Under the same also this not considered.
