Purchaged Dell laptop(DDVG5L2) online from Paytm on 9/10/2018 & delivered on 11/10/2018.We started laptop latter in November,2018.Dell has already replaced HDD & Keyboard.Still touchpad,display,MSoffice,battery etc not working properly. Service center agree to replace Display & Touch Pad in warranty but refused to replace battery which needs replacement.
Said laptop may be a counterfeit and fake laptop.
I need full replacement with a new one or refund of full purchase amount with harassment cost.
