Replacement or Refund of laptop

Dear Sir /Madam
I Pratik Vitthal Jagtap I Purchased laptop of HP 15cc 134 tx I7 8 generation on 31 Jan 2018 . After that performance of laptop is looking slow day by day we complaint to your service center after 2 month they reset laptop then windows reset after that they pick up my laptop for 2 times in that they are not able so resolve issue .At that time we tell them give replacement of laptop that time also no feedback from their side .After that I still use it for education purpose for 1 yr after that also laptop is slow .since November I am try to reach at you they give some troubleshooting and tell that your laptop is ok I think you have problems not laptop .
After that 2 month I am facing same problem. I done 3 to 4 time reset and windows reset but no issue solved and due to your wrong response of customer executive I Loss my warranty .
My request is I want replacement of my laptop you told that you are not giving that and why you are repair laptops why I purchased I7 8 generation latest at 75 k and 10 k for warranty of 2 yr total 3 yr warranty of products .
No any satisfied and helping for customers action form. Your side.
Now in Feb 2021 same issue Deepika madam take my case they give on site engineer same things do precisely all your formality but till I am facing same issue .Also I lost the warranty .same issue same formality and same repeat ion And You are close my case without my permission.
Please look into into this and take action against them ..
