Fake assurance to replace Camera of my laptop

June: Purchased brand new Lenovo Ideapad S340 Laptop.

August: Started having camera malfunctioning and submitted a complaint on Lenovo website and asked for camera replacement.

August: Had to miss exams due to late service
August : Technician from Lenovo visited didn't replace the part but did some fixings and said that generally cables get loose and you won't get this Problem again.

September: Started facing Camera Malfunctioning again.

September: I submitted a complaint on Lenovo website. A service order number was created. I was told by Lenovo tech support on call that part will be replaced this time.

September: I get contacted by Lenovo technician who say that My part is not received yet.

October: A technician from Lenovo visits my house. He borrows a normal black tape from me and applies it on camera and says issue won't happen again.

I WAS GUARANTEED CAMERA PART REPLACEMENT BUT WASN'T GIVEN AGAIN FOR THE 2ND TIME.
