YOU Broadband India Limited is refusing to refund the balance amount & Compensation claimed

Having lots of technical issues & no resolution on this issues , now we do not want to use YOU Broadband services anymore .
We make one cancellation request on 17th Feb 2016 , but they don’t want to cancel the services of this account , and refuse to make refund of our remaining balance amount .
We also having following constant problem with YOU Broadband :
# never get committed speed of 100 MBPS, Company gives us false commitment
# never gets constant uploading & downloading speed, always having lots of variation in speed
# in every week , the connection got offline & we didn’t able to use Internet , and thus loss heavily on our work & business.

With this I would like to get refund of my remaining balance amount & Deposit for Modem. Further I would like to claim for compensation of business loss of amount 150,000 rupees which we suffered by using YOU Broadband.
