Hello, My name is Rahul, I am using broadband services of this company Excitel, in past also I have faced mamy problems with them bht this time things have gone pretty bad. My User ID is 1200009305.

I am facing issues like slow speed, persistent breaking of connection and no connectivity at all eventually. I have already made all possible efforts to get my problem resolved but no solution yet. Local vendor doesn't pick calls, live chat on Exictel App gives hollow assurances every time I contact them. I have also tried to contact through social media but no response.

Please understand that in the time of pandemic, Internet services have become an more essential than ever but still Excitel doesn't understand that. I have lost all hope from this company. Two tickets are still open for resolution, I am sharing the screenshots of the same tickets visible on my excitel app.

Please take appropriate action against this Company. Thank You.
