Hi Sir,
My name is Amit Singh Yadav. I have subscribed tikona 10mbps plan for 6 month which costed me around Rs3180. They promised me 10Mbps speed but i hardly get 1mbps speed they did nothing to resolve the problem i registered complaint several time but still there is no response from their side. I want disconnection and my refund i can't bear this much headache. I beg you to say that, Please do something in my favour
