Regarding Security Money Refund issue with Nextra Broadband High Speed Internet Service Provider (IS

I was Nextra customer.This company provide broadband internet services. In february'2018 last,I requested to discontinue broadband service which was accepted by company and after disconnection,support executive of company took away router device from my flat. As per company policy if any consumer will discontinue broadband service,they will get back their refund amount which is 1500/. So as per this policy,I was also supposed to get this money within 90days of service disconnection. After 90 days i.e after May'18 ,I tried to connect customer care @ number 18004198050 countless time but did not get any positive result. Every time customer care person says "I should wait some time ,my concerns has been raised to concerned department". Now today on 27th Oc'18 when I tried again,I got the same response. I also mailed my concern @ nodal@nextraworld.com on 25 sept'18 but again did not get any response.
I am not happy the way company is ignoring to pay my security/ refund amount and his replying management system. Now I want to register my complain with your portal so that I can get back my refund money with adequate compensation so that Nextra never dare to do the same with other customer.
