Regarding Wimax connection BSNL MARIYAHU

I am customer of Wimax services which account no. are 179584525 and user id Eb10027906. Connection’s internet service not working since four month but I getting continuous bill and I also paid bill regularly. I complain time to time related officer but every time they saying in server problem, we can’t do it.
Sir past three months we have to constantly pay unused bills.
