Complaint against IT compnay invader tech delay in my project, loss of revenue , denial to refund

The company invader tech from Gurgaon took my project for website development for 50,000. They denied to follow the penalty clause of the agreement after 3-4 months , no work is delievered and the amount that i gave in first installment , they are denying to return it . The company did not deliver my project, thus my sales has hampered , y revenue losses , my money lost in the project , my time is lost and the mental torture an trouble given to me is unbearable . Kindly adddress my problem , make them compsensate for a consumer's grief, request you to cancel their registration so that they r not able to trouble anyone else. Its my hard earned money and time they have been playing with . please help me with my problem
