Non accessibility of internet services complaint to customer service

It may kindly be noted that since 2/07/2016 there is frequent disconnection of my internet services provided by you and since 7/07/2016 I'm literary unable to access the internet services and regarding it I've made a complaint to customer service but the issue remain unsolved but it was told that the same will be resolved within 24 hours but your engineer not yet visited for resolution even after task was assigned. Further the same type of problem had arised in the past which was also attended by the company with undue delay even after regular reminders and follow up for resolution. User ID - 1114639030
